2. What personal data do I process?

I process very limited personal data in connection with client relationships.

This may include:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Email address
  • Invoicing and billing information
  • Any other contact details you have shared with me

I do not process special categories of personal data (sensitive data).

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:

  • To deliver agreed services
  • Administration of client relationships
  • Invoicing and accounting
  • Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. Danish bookkeeping legislation)

Personal data is processed on the following legal bases:

5. Storage and deletion

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for.

Accounting records are retained in accordance with Danish bookkeeping law (currently 5 years). Other personal data is deleted when it is no longer relevant.

6. Data processors and transfers

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary for operating the business or required by law.

I use the following data processors:

  • Google Workspace (Google LLC) for email, document storage, and accounting-related material
  • External accountant for bookkeeping and accounting purposes

A data processing agreement is in place with Google. Transfers of personal data to third countries take place based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Data security

I take the appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and ensure it’s processed securely.

8. Cookies

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit my website, it may collect information automatically through cookies or similar technology.
